To verify the authenticity of an OSHA 10- or 30-hour training card:
Plastic Cards (Issued After March 2016): Scan the QR code on the back to confirm authenticity.
Paper Cards: Contact the OSHA outreach trainer who issued the card.
Please note: OSHA outreach trainers are only required to keep training records for the past five years.
